The European Independent Optical Mastermind is a small, selected group of independent opticians from several European countries who, for a year, put their own cases on the table in front of people who run businesses like their own. Presented at SILMO Paris 2026.
You do not need to be big. You need a character of your own.
A character built alone remains fragile, because there is no one at your level to test it against. The programme takes a small group of independent opticians, from several European countries, and puts them in the same room: not for a day, but for a whole year.
Four working sessions, in four different countries, each hosted inside a real business. You do not come to listen: you come to put your own case on the table, in front of people who run practices like yours and face the same battles.

It is not open enrolment: places are few. You do not buy your way in, you apply, and we choose the opticians who take part, so that everyone in the room is serious and right for the group.
The programme is still taking shape: countries, calendar and entry terms are not final, and the start depends on the interest gathered. Pre-registration is free and carries no commitment: it is the signal that tells us whether to build it. The first step is always a short strategy call.
