Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information
This site is managed by Optics&Love - UnPlanned Agency, with registered office in Italy. The use of the site and the purchase of products are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Prices
Product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, provided that the prices applied will be those in force at the time of the order.
3. Order Procedure
To place an order you must:
- Add desired products to cart
- Fill in the form with billing and shipping data
- Proceed to payment via Stripe
The order is considered completed upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with order details.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards from major international networks. Payment data is not stored on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made via express courier. Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days from order confirmation. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated during the checkout process.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear communication to info@opticsandlove.it.
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
7. Warranty and Returns
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months. In case of defects or non-conformity, contact us at info@opticsandlove.it to request replacement or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure maximum accuracy in product descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that images exactly reproduce the actual colors of products, due to different monitor settings.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
