A training programme built around your team

Built around your team, your stories and your numbers.

A standard prescription can be solved anywhere today, and customers walk in better informed than ever. What they cannot find elsewhere is someone able to solve a life problem through a vision problem. That is what training is for: not knowing more, but behaving differently with the customer who walks in tomorrow morning.

Why tailored

There is no course that fits every optical practice

A three-person team in a neighbourhood practice and a network with fourteen locations do not have the same problem, and they do not solve it with the same programme. This is why I do not sell a catalogue: first I read the situation, the numbers and the people, then I build the programme.

The raw material is real situations: the customer walking in with smart glasses bought online, the mother with a competitor's quote folded in her bag, the runner who says it costs too much. We work on those, not on theory.

It is not a clinical course: technical skills are taken for granted. We work on what decides whether a customer comes back for twenty years or looks for an alternative: listening, proposing, communicating value, relationship.

Three formats

Choose how to bring the team together, or let the analysis decide

EventA day in a theatre or off siteThe whole staff in one place, away from the counter for once. Customer stories, work on emotions, a message that stays. Suited to groups and networks with several locations.
In practiceSessions in the practiceHalf days or full days in the practice, with exercises on the real situations of the store and feedback in the field over the following weeks.
OnlineRemote programmeLive online modules of one to two hours, for teams spread over several locations or for practices that cannot close. With materials and checks between sessions.
How it works

From pre-analysis to proposal in four steps

1Needs pre-analysis. You fill in the form below: who you are, who takes part, what you want to work on, which situation you start from. Ten minutes.
2A call. Thirty minutes together to read the answers, ask what the form cannot and decide whether it makes sense to go ahead.
3Proposal. Programme, format, duration, materials, how results are checked, investment. All in writing, before you decide.
4Training and follow-up. The days or modules, then a check on what has actually changed in the work with customers.
Working themes

What we can work on

In the form you can tick more than one theme: the proposal combines them according to the time available and the team's priorities.

Tell me about your team

The answers prepare the call and the proposal. There is no right answer: the more concrete you are, the closer the proposal will be to what you need. Training is delivered in Italian or English; in other languages it is delivered with an interpreter.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, with live modules of one to two hours and work between sessions. For relational themes some time in person helps, and the proposal says so clearly when that is the case.
