In-practice training

Skills that show in the work with the customer.

Training starts from the situations owners and staff face every day: understanding a request, explaining a solution, handling an objection, organising the work and giving continuity to the relationship. It is designed around your optical practice, in person or online.

From needs to programme

First the behaviours to observe, then the programme

Together we define the participants, the skills to develop and the behaviours to observe. The programme combines explanation, examples from the sector and application, in formats suited to the context.

Before the programme we define what participants will need to be able to apply. The project can include exercises, feedback in the field and follow-up checks.
